- Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Coaching & Consulting Programs
All purchases of coaching sessions, The Time Strategy Lab™, or consulting services are non-refundable.
- Once your spot is reserved and payment is processed, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be granted.
- Rescheduling a coaching call may be possible with advance notice. Please email connect@tauria.co to request changes.
